Welcome,

 Prescient IncCraftsman Cottages

CARma stands for:

Commuter Awareness & Responsibility in Metro Areas

Our mission is to help u-n-l-o-c-k gridlock and reduce the resultant toxic emissions that are poisoning our families. And the fact is each of us holds one of the keys to unlocking gridlock.

How? Through CARma Green Driving Techniques; small, healthy changes in our driving habits that will immediately reduce wrecks and help synchronize traffic flow. We're committed to protecting lives, lungs, and livelihoods: reducing wrecks, fuel consumption, toxic emissions, and commute time
25 - 35%.

So please, right now, JOIN (button to your left) then, explore the website, practice the CARma Green Driving Techniques and share the enviro-economic savings with your friends, family and colleagues.

Why JOIN, learn and share? Because your life, lungs and livelihood is at risk. Consider over 70% of our poisonous gridlock is a result of illegal, agressive dirving behaviors and distractions that trigger unecessary bottlenecks and injurious wrecks.
GRIDLOCK is the Enviromental Public Enemy #1.

The majority of these traffic situations are caused by one or a combination of the three-ills: illegal speed, illegal tailgating or ill-will. So to start, here are 3 easy CARma techniques we can all practice on our daily commute to help u-n-l-o-c-k gridlock and reduce our pollute:

> ease the pace
you'll arrive faster by slowing down and keeping a steady pace

> leave some space

you'll have less stop-n-go and a smoother commute by not tailgating

> encourage the merge

you'll keep traffic moving by slowing down and letting your neighbor
   merge

Safety and your Driver's License requires that you drive a speed that is appropriate for the road conditions. Please, look 10 - 50 cars ahead and immediately slow down when you encounter:

> heavy traffic (don't race into gridlock to waste your brakes and fuel)
> rain and or fog
> snow or ice

Please remember these Laws when on the highway:
> KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT to PASS (courtesy will curb congestion)
> STEER IT or CLEAR IT (minor wrecks must clear the lanes)
> DO NOT PASS on the INSIDE LANES (dangerous and illegal)

Want to do your part? You're invited to JOIN US. By becoming a CARma member, you'll learn more about driving the CARma way and doing your part to u-n-l-o-c-k Gridlock. Intrigued? To find out more, click on the JOIN US link on the left side of this page. Your participation will help us send a strong message to the Governor and Mayor to support CARma's education and enforcement campaign efforts.

Through consistent driver education campaigns CARmaTM will reduce:

Ä      unnecessary, minor accidents that cause 50+% of our gridlock

Ä      sudden, mystery "accordion pile-ups" which trigger massive delays

Ä      toxic auto emissions poisoning our children, environment and future

Ä      commuting cost -  saving 30%+ through safer driving

Ä      daily commuting time 10-20% - less time driving, more time living

Responsibility? What does 'responsibility' have to do with unlocking
gridlock? Responsible driving is your key to helping u-n-l-o-c-k gridlock.
So, the CARma campaign is based upon these 3 easy steps we
can all practice on our daily commute:

ease the pace > leave some space > encourage the merge

Please take a moment to explore (and please Forward) the it's CARmaTM site to learn how we can all help u-n-l-o-c-k gridlock, protect our families, reduce pollution and save money.
